How do I check the status of a ticket?

At Comfort Works, we strive to respond to every ticket within 24 business hours.
Having said that, the more tickets we get the longer it will take for us to respond so we'd request to bear with us if we do take up to 48 business hours to respond to you.
Should the response go beyond 48 business hours, you may escalate this to our Head of Customer Operations: chuck [at] comfortworks.com.au and he'll do his utmost best to sort things out for you.
