Sometimes these issues occur but the following fixes should help:

1) Browse Incognito Mode

You can open a new window in Incognito Mode by clicking on the options tab on your browser.

2) Try hard-refreshing the page

If you are on PC, you may do so by hitting CTRL + SHIFT + R simultaneously.

If you are on a Mac:

- Hold down the ⇧ Shift and click the Reload button.

- Hold down ⌘ Cmd and ⇧ Shift and then press R.

3) Try a different device

If the above do not work, contact us at - we'll send you a manual invoice for the items you're trying to get, so just let us know: - your product(s) and its details (fabric, customisations, etc) - your shipping details and contact number Once payment is received, we'll create the order accordingly for you :)
