I'm having trouble logging in - email seems to be registered?

By default, if you never received a password or created one before -- your password will be the same as your order number e.g. CW-0XXXXX
If that still doesn't work, do drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our reps can easily change the password for you to easily access it :)
