This is also why we strongly recommend that you test our fabric samples (which you can get for a small, refundable fee) before placing your made-to-measure slipcover order.
However, should there be a fault or defect on our part, we’ll be happy to send you a replacement. If you prefer a quicker solution, we can offer you a repair or alteration credit of up to US$75 as reimbursement for the cost of having it fixed by your local seamstress.
We will offer you a full refund if a repair credit or replacement aren’t able to resolve the issue.
