Be sure to attach clear photos of the slipcover on your sofa, namely the front, sides and back with your email, within 30 days of receiving your order so we can figure out what’s happened.

Upon confirmation of the defect, we’ll be happy to send you a replacement.

If you prefer a quicker solution, we can offer you a repair or alteration credit of up to US$75 as reimbursement for the cost of having it fixed by your local seamstress.
