This rarely happens, but if it does, it’s likely to be caused by a sizing discrepancy between production batches of the sofa, model variations, template issues or in the case of made-to-measure slipcovers, measurement errors.

Send us an e-mail within 30 days of receiving your order describing your fit issues, and we will be happy to see to the possibility of a repair or replacement in line with Comfort Works' Warranty & Policies. We'll require some basic troubleshooting and photographs, but we'll guide you through the process!
