We'd like to think all our covers are made with love and care - so this rarely happens, but if it does, it’s likely to be caused by a sizing discrepancy between production batches of the sofa/variations of the sofa (if they branded like IKEA, Pottery Barn, etc), or a measurement mismatch (for made-to-measure covers)

Shoot us an email along with clear photos of the slipcover on your sofa, namely the front, sides and back and a close up of the defects (where it's too loose/tight) within 30 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to see to the possibility of a repair or replacement. :)

*Please note that it's quite normal to have some looseness on the covers less than 2.5cm (1inch)
