This rarely happens, but if it does, it’s likely to be caused by a sizing discrepancy between production batches of the sofa, model variations, template issues or in the case of made-to-measure slipcovers, measurement errors.
Send us an e-mail within 60 days of receiving your order describing your fit issues, and we will be happy to see to the possibility of a repair or replacement in line with Comfort Works' Replacement Policy. We'll require some basic troubleshooting and photographs, but we'll guide you through the process!
If you encounter fit issues involving the entire set of sofa covers received (frame covers and cushion covers), it could be due to a sofa cover bought for the incorrect sofa model or size (for example purchasing the 2-seater covers for a 3-seater sized sofa). Please check your order details first and compare that with your sofa article or model number. If the wrong model was accidentally purchased, don't panic! This is what we consider an Honest Mistake and we have a solution for that in our Replacement Policy.
*Please note that it's quite normal to have some looseness on the covers less than 2.5cm (1in)
