Yes. Amendment or cancellation is possible within 1 business day after payment based on the timestamp on your Order Confirmation email. 

Amendments that are acceptable include either a change in size, colour, fabric, contact details, address, and/or special delivery date.


For cancellations, you have 1-2 business days to get in touch with us for free cancellation, but in the event that the order has been processed and put into production, kindly note that a 30% restocking fee may be incurred.

 

If you are looking to cancel/amend the order after it's shipped (which we should avoid), we urge for you to refer to our "Return Policy" to learn more on the process.


To cancel or amend, please notify us via email at info@comfortworks.com.au. Most of the time it'll be a quick and easy process as long as you get to us the moment you realized you want to cancel or change your order.
