Unfortunately, we are no longer able to provide BYO or Customers-Own-Material (COM) service.

The thing is, once the fabric gets handed to us, there are actually many things that could happen:

Firstly we have to gauge just enough meterage required and make sure we don't do any sort of cutting mistakes that waste the pieces or else we'd have to organise for more fabrics (logistics and deadline nightmare)

Secondly we have no idea what type of fabrics it is; whether it's suitably, thick or thin enough (too thick or too thin is bad for the construction).

Thirdly, we can't offer our 2 years construction warranty and it kinda sucks when clients come back and say that their slipcover frays etc or pills/balls excessively;

So yea, this was mainly why we had to stop. On a good note, we are adding more and more fabric collections into our library, so hopefully there's always something for everyone.

At the end of the day after all, our end goal is to provide you with beautiful slipcovers without you having to break the bank :)
