I ordered the wrong model, now what?

Don't panic.

 

Get in touch with us quoting your invoice #, we’re all humans and from time to time we make mistakes. A solution is always around the corner, it’s just a slipcover after all.

 

Just make sure to contact us ASAP (24-48 hours preferably) - as once the fabrics are cut (after 48 hours typically), a 35% restocking fee is likely to be incurred.

 

What if I discovered this mistake after the slipcovers have been shipped?

This would be a different case and ideally it shouldn't happen; the best way of knowing is to always drop a message with a photo of your sofa - just to be quadruple sure it is the correct model you're getting slipcovered :)

 

Should this mistake happen after you've received the covers we'd of course work with you on the best solution possible.
