There are a couple of ways you can do this generally;
1) At the time of purchase, you'll notice a checkbox option to "Save my details for easy order tracking" - checking this will prompt you to create an account with us by entering a password of your choice. Anytime you wish to see whether your slipcover is "Confirmed", "In Production" or "Shipped" - you'll be able to know when you log in.
2) You can simply drop us an email with your invoice number or see if we're online on Live Chat and to get a status update, especially if you don't wish to create an account or might have accidentally forgot to do so :)
Generally if we've received the tracking number, we would also provide this information to you via email. If not, we'll always be here to help!
