When it comes to making a custom made slipcover for you, our only wish is to make sure we get the covers with the perfect fit the first time round - which is why we're so strict with some of the sofas we can and cannot do.
If we've confirmed that the custom loose cover can be made for your sofa and payment had already been made, the measurements will be the next step and many of our customers do ask us the same thing:
"How Do I Know That I'm Measuring This Correctly?"
Frankly, we’ve never sent out a cover that’s too small or too big provided that the measurement lines we requested are measured within 0.5cm range. And we've also been thankfully blessed with customers who’re really handy with the measuring tape.
Throughout the process, our Client Service Dude will check the measurements thoroughly for you in a preliminary round before passing it to our Head Seamstress, who will do the final QC and make sure all the measurements make sense before proceeding to cutting the fabrics. So we do hope for a lot of patience and cooperation during this time, and are once again very appreciative of the many customers who've been wonderful working with us.
If it’s any reassurance though, once you do receive the covers and realise that it's not to your liking after trying it on - we can definitely do a full refund, replacement cover or reimburse you for the tailoring fee if it ever comes down to the sofa not fitting properly (too small too large, but mainly if our covers don’t look as good as what all our reviewers have written).
Hope that assures you, and we do look forward to hearing from you :)
